How to use: 1. Use Blush brush N° 16 to apply Rouge Blush from the top of the cheeks blending downwards. 2. Blend in the powder blush with a circular motion on the apples of your cheeks. 3. For a sculpting, illuminating effect, apply the blush at the top of the cheeks, blending out towards the temple and over the brow arch.
