The flat-shaped fan brush applicator - with 300 rounded bristles - guarantees easy , smooth application and consistent, controlled release of the colour. The total black packaging highlights the different shades with bright maxi labels. Composition An innovative formula that contains a very high concentration of Pure and Neon Pigments for a full, intense and vibrant colour. How to use: Before applying the nail polish, always use a specific base by Pupa to protect your nails and make the polish last longer. Apply two coats of Neon Party, leaving it to dry perfectly between the first coat and the second. To make your polish last longer, apply colour to the top edge of the nail as well. Perfect worn alone and striking when used to create mix and match manicures.
